Briefing

Before I began to film the footage for my film, I ensured that I gave my actors a briefing about the filming schedule and the scenes that would be recorded. This was to ensure they were given enough preparation before the filming and if they were unable to attend, they could let me know in advance so I had time to make changes. I created a call sheet that I would have filled in with the information relevant for that day of filming, that would have been given to the required actors. Below I have attached the sample I will use.
